ALPSA lesion seen in MRI
Does this case requires surgery? Because there is tearing of anterior and antero-inferior glenoid labrum with periosteal stripping from glenoid. Also there is mild right shoulder joint effusion and minimal Fluid surrounding biceps tendon. Also with Hill Sach's defect. Kindly suggest because I would like to know if all this can be cure with medicines other than surgery.
