Plantar fascia
Last year due to excessive running and shoes problem I suffer to planter fascia in my leg in both leg .I have showed this to  bone doctor and they recommend physiotherapy ,later I took treatment of 2week daily to physiotherapy. After couple of days pain reduce but it increased if I walk to much .and its almost 1year ,now I am able to walk and run but after running when I wake up in next morning my feet hurts too much ,even today I can't stand more than 2-3hrs .could you please suggest some treatment because 10% it's still yet to recover.

Firstly u hv to avoid running n long standing, u hv to get rest for a week bcz ur fascia alrdy inflammed if u walk n running or long standing u irritate ur fascia so it become inflamme so u need to get rest n do ice pack twice a day n wear comfertable shoes n u need some sessions of physiotherapy...
