I have been suffering from heel pain from last 3months.morning time pain is more, but rest of day there will be less pain.
I want to know can I do fast walking, running, aerobics or jumba in this situation. Or should I take rest for some days till that I recovered permanently from this.
Docs kindly suggest..

Better don’t do any exercises like fast walking, running , aerobics r Jumba.
1. Start doing ankle pump exercises 4times/day , 20 times each
2. Silicone insoles in ur shoes n MCR footwear.
3. Rest, ice application, compression n elevation of foot while sleeping over 2 pillows.
4. T. Etova- er 600mg PO 1-0-1(after food) for pain sos, if ur diabetic use T. Ultracet PO 1-0-1
