Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, Today I measured body metrics on a scale. All measurements are ok expect bone mass which shows 2.60% as low. My current weight is 61.15Kg and Age 34 Male. No joint pain nothing. I did this test on scale as I joined gym to gain some weight. Please advise if this is serious and i need to go for any tests. Thank you

I am 90 kgs having 5.2 height. I am trying a lot for weight loss but unable to do as I have chronic body pains and it increases whenever I do any kind of workout. I am already taking home made simple diet. Any tips for weight loss in this condition!! Please tell.

I am a marathon runner and from last 6-7 months, I was having mild pain in right knee while bending. Last month, pain was aggravated during my run so I stopped running from that day and done MRI. There was grade 3 complex Posterior Horn Medial Meniscus Tear in my right knee. There was stiffness and pain for first 7-8 days. But things got better with the help of knee strengthening exercises and PT. Now my stiffness and pain almost disappeared, ROM is also very good. I am able to walk 7-8kms per day and squatting 30-40 count per day. I need your expert advise on whether I can start running again or should I wait for more time. Also please let me know if I can do MRI scan again to check as I believe there was misdiagnosis of Grade 3 tear.

I had met with a road accident 3 months back and this is my latest Xray and the reports mention An Undisplaced Distal Radius end Fracture.. need help in understanding this and treatment ideas without any cast...have resumed light physical activity and physiotherapy...haven't gotten my full ROM yet

Recently diagnoised with L5S1 disc bulge with foraminal narrowing. Took medicines and doing exercises but all of the sudden now getting electric like sensation (feelikg like IFT sensation) in my left side of upper back. It occur sometime and disappear. Anything further Diagnosis needed?

Hello, I have a question related to spine MRI. My father (75yrs) has a pain in lower back and ortho doctor suggested a MRI of his spine. My father has an implant in this thigh (bone fracture and steel plate implant is used) that was operated 10 years back. I would like to know if spine MRI can be done with the presence of implant in his body. Some say it cannot be done and some says it can be done. Hence, needed a clarification. Recently i have started severe pain around my hip and the pain is radiating till my feet. Cant even able to walk. i consulted Orthopaedic but he told muscle spasm and gave some painkillers but on regular interval i am experience this... Its hampering my profession life also and for this pain i am feelinv feverish all day long.Kindly suggest on the same
