I am having high esr since past 5 months all the tests were performed but everything negative ...I have no symptoms at all but I have cervical spondylitis and having pressure in neck since months ...can cervical spondylitis cause high esr

From last 15 days m having leg pain especially in the left leg..near knee and also in the calf..earlier i didnt do any exercise so from last one week i have started morning walk..i work in a mnc..full day sitting job..please suggest some measures..the pain is more in the left leg only

I recently noticed that there is a painless bump under my knee on my left leg. I am not sure how long I have had this. It feels as if it is part of bone. But when I compare my both legs, I see this is bigger. I have attached photos. Kindly advise as I am worried about this.

2 year before i used to do exercise daily with 15kg weight.one day at night when i go to sleep i feel like any veins in my chest is blown and feeling dizz. Then my platelets go down around 100k for 3 months after that now 190k then i diagnosed with hypothyroidism. my tsh level is normal now but i have mild swelling on my left chest & left shoulder blade doctors done many test on me like echo 2 times,TMT,Mri(brain,whole spine),ct chest,ct neck, endoscopy,usg abdomen these test are normal ecg- mild left axis deviation cbc-MPV always high i periodically get pain on my left side of head, tight neck,and left shoulder blade pain. pain on head is like pressure & on nose also. pain always comes when i lie down or use a chair's back support now i think i injured my heart or my muscles of chest I also been treated for anxiety for 8 months but nothing works on me .All doctors doing experiments on me but no one knows root cause of this . they all giving me meds for unknown problem

Ehen i am touchimg bome there is no pain but its swollen and mote stiff today only rempved casting after 36 days. Pls find x rays before and afyerr casting . Stoll sjoes some line. Please advise whether it will heal on own or need to tàke treatmemt still. Please help me

My daughter is 6 years 7 month . When she was 16 days a surgery was done for septic arthrities. Recently we noticed abnormal gait. MRI was done , and result is as " MR scan findings are suggestive of physeal fusion in the medial tibial plateau with resultant 27o medial slope and 7.5 to 9.8mm depression of the medial tibial articular surface. This is seen over an area involving 11% of the proximal tibial physeal cartilage, 10.0mm from the anterior cortical surface and 11.6mm from the medial cortical surface." I want best treatment, please give suggestions.
