Feeling pain in one side buttuck.also i have noticed that there is some dipressed in buttuck. Pls help

This year in January, I walked and stood nearly the whole day with minimal sitting. The next day I did some exercises. After 1 to 2 days, my left knee was swollen,and I had severe pain and I couldn't bend my knee. After 4-5 days I went to a doctor, he did X ray, found nothing, prescribed some medicine. And then I cured, swollen was gone. But sometimes I feel pain behind or the back side of the knee and above the knee. One month ago I did MRI, there is nothing in the report as a doctor said. I uploaded xray and MRI report. What's the problem then I am really tensed???

My wife has tested RA factor positive with value of 302 ...plse advice treatment . She is only facing little pain in joint ...can we choose ayurvedic or medical treatment plse give suggestions. Is it serious issue or normal and can control.

My mother has been experiencing back pain very often. So we got her xray done.. The xray shows that her spinal chord is curved.. Can you please look at the xray and tell me is that a matter of concern, what does it indicate or is it normal and will not harm her. Sir/Ma'am  I have undergone a surgery for removal of giant cell tumor from my distal femur region 1.5 years back. Procedure followed was extended curretage followed by bone cement and plating I have achieved good range of motion but have not started with activities such as running or jogging. Is it ok to start it or should I avoid it.

I have back pain from 1 year when I do waking my pain goes to hip dr give high dose medicine I got relive now when I lie down on bed some time pain goes worse on that point I take pain killer then I got relive I did x-ray report is ok
