I am feeling lower back pain and buttocks pain when sit pls look my x ray pls what should I do , I am taking nucoxia 90 mg but not relieved

I am suffering from a distal radius fracture and doctor suggested 4 weeks after 4 weeks when I went to doctor and suggested 2 more weeks continue. So I am worried about that please any one consult I am enclosing my x ray report

It is observed Neural Foraminal narrowing at L5 S1 in my MRI.  PFA Taking below medicines for 1 week, Could notice little improvement with my symptoms but not able to travel short distance in cab itself. Experiencing a pain if I travel. 1.Lyrica 75 2.Gabapin plus 3.Fourts B 4.Etoshine 90 Along with applying some Dhanwanthri thylam and hot fomentation. How long time does it take to heal from this? Will it cause any further complication? What precautions is needed.

Kindly comment how is the healing? it is an xray after 8 weeks of trauma. right now I'm in ptb cast and orthopedist has asked me to walk with 50% weight.

I broke my palm 10 years back. Its fine now. But time to time if has swelling. Like nowdays i have my palm swollen from the edegs. I cant remove bangles or wear any. Please help in this. It doesnt look swollen but it is. Like my bones are stiff suddenly.

And I'm using Ani-inflammatory drugs prescribed by spine surgeon using from 20 days and also I'm undergoing for Physco therapy but my sciatica pain was not reduced suddenly I'm getting pain while doing any difficult moment. Is it good to go with microscopic disc anatomy in this age. And I've taken MRI in that results Mild posterior disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation and minimal bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at L3-L4 level. Diffuse disc bulge with postero-central protrusion causing thecal sac compression and moderate bilateral lateral recess narrowing with impingement on traversing nerve roots at L4-L5 level. Mild diffuse disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing, abutting traversing nerve roots at L5-S1 level. Pls suggest me what I need do to reduce my leg pain. Swimming, yoga and walking good?

I seem to have a neck hump which is very bony instead of fat deposits. Can it be reversed if the bone itself has formed that way?
