Bone & Muscle problems

Burning in lower back (right side) starts from tail bone goes to legs. Suffering for last 7 years. Tried Lyrka, Duzela, Pregablin,Prima plex tablets but no relief in pain. I will send you my MRI report.

There has been continuous pain from the last 2 years in left 11 ribs and despite treatment at Gangaram hospital from Dr. S.P Mandal, there is no respite from pain. Even now there is daily pain which starts any time and even lasts for 3 hours sometimes. Please advise what I should do in such conditions.

I get cackling sound while walking near my feet and legs. The crackling sound is more when I sit for sometime and walk. I do not have any pain or as such. Please suggest me if it some deficiency or problem. Thank you on advance
