I had slipped twice due to which there is a lot of pain in my hip side and back. I am feeling pain by each and every movement of my body. Can you please suggest what should I need to do?

I had slipped twice within 2 days and there is sort of swelling I am feeling around the area of hip and lower back. No pain killer or any other pain spray is working. I am using hot water bottle too for relief though that's too not working. Do I need to consult with a doctor? Because now the pain is not bearable at all

I have been suffering from finger joint pain in the fingers of both hands since 04 days, please suggest. I am not doing any hard work with my hand.
