Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 45 years old when I walk nothing happens but when I walk on the Stairs there is pain in my left joint.i have diabetes n hypertensive also.is this joint pain due to cold or something serious.plz help me out.

Incidentally the elbow hit the right side of the nose. And a cracking sound heard. And there has been light pain since then for the last 6-7 days. What should it be the cause? Is there any serious injury?

During weight lifting I got an injury in my shoulder. Now for last 1 month, I'm feeling pain in that shoulder joint specifically when lifting my hands and rotating it in the back side. I'm getting some popping sounds also. Not able to sleep on that side. Not taking any medicine. I had a pain killer initially but not getting any benefits. Please advise

I have been diagnosed with a disc bulge in L4 and L5 on January 16th. I have consulted a soctor and he recommended physio therapy. I am regular to physio from past 2 weeks but still I am having pain in the back as it has not healed. I took break from work for a week, but last week I am working and its a sitting job. Generally the pain is very bad due to sitting during the day and nights it is painful. Will I ever be pain free?

Right side neck andupper shoulder pain..MRI of shoulder says Acromio claviclular joint shows oedematous changes in AC ligament in superior inferior and midportion. MARROW EDEMA IN DISTANT PORTION OF CLAVICLE .. is marrow edema  serious or is it sign of cancer.. Please ..tell..

Hello dr I was feeling pain in lower back from last few days Some time it's come and go So did a X-ray of ls spine then Dr told me take some medicine of vitamin D and many more So as a second opinion I just want to know it's ok or not and what should I do for betterment Plz find the attachment of xRay
