Hi From the last few weeks I am experiencing a jerk kind of severe pain in upper back exactly behind the chest line.

Hi there, I work for a Bank which requires me to sit for 7-8 hours daily..4 days back i started having unbearable pain in my lower back..it happened to me 2-3 years back and that time the doctor said it was just a spasm issue and it is common with people doing desk jobs..last time it got cured in 2-3 days but this time it has not..do i need to see an orthopaedic or should it wait for a couple of more days? I am wondering if it is not just a spasm issue or something else..

Doctor, I was fine but suddenly from this evening I can't tear a piece of paper. My left wrist feels very tight(pressure )and hurts. What is the reason?

Hi doctor My wife fell from her bike after a skit ,  with her left shoulder landing to the ground. Her elbow has abrasion for which dressing was done but she feels much pain in upper arm whr she can't able to lift or move her hand and can't sleep.
