Bone & Muscle problems

I suffer from pain in shoulder, which goes along the neck to back of thr head. All this is only on right side. It used to be on both sides earlier( few years back). But since last couple of years it's always only on the right side. It happens after every few days. Kindly suggest some diagnosis. Sometimes when I massage my shoulders with my hands, then there is sone sound in right ear too (this doesn't happen everytime). Massaging shoulders or pulling the hair on right back of the head gives a lot of momentary relief.

Hello Doctor, I fell down from Bike and injured my left knee. After then when I had done X-Ray, there was fracture in Tibia Condyle. Doctor told me to wait for 5 days with medicine for reduce the swelling. After then he has done Cylinder cast for 1 month. Doctor told me to done X-Ray again after 1 month. Now my question is how much time it will take for normal activities and walking and how serious is the injury? Please find attached the x-ray report.

My mother aged 52 is having acute pain in the left shoulder. The pain is intense at night time and not able to lift her hand nor move it during night. Has taken the Xray and am attaching the report here.

I have knee stiffness,pain since 2y mri says minimal effusion in the suprapatellar recess of the joint i consultant lot of doctors, recently one doctor said that it's not effusion, it's just pain happened i recently took dolo 650 ,for the first time 2y i seen 80% pain free during that day so what could be the reason in my knee pain why did pain gone when I took dolo and what's the problem now?

My legs are havind mild pain from many months from knee to foot it is not very huge pain but feel like frozen especially early in the norning while waking up feels pain heavey and not feel like wakeup at all. And im not on any workout plan or heavy walking just work from home. Earlier i felt whole body weakness so consulted General physician and doc found that ik low on B12 and VitD so had supplements and it got increased but still this legs pain dint to, could you please help why it is happening and to whom i need to consult a physician or Othropedic doctor? I'm getting right leg pain whenever I walk ...it's not actually pain but it feels like something catch me while walking in lower half of leg...more like calf part ...

My father has something connected to the bone of left leg. Doctor recommended the MRI, but in MRI report they didn't mention anything about it. Can someone please check the Xray and MRI film and help in diagnosing it. He has 11100 WBC, 50 ESR and 6 CRP with no fever but pain near knee from last two months. Pain started after he had to walk very long and MRI report also says Grade 4 Chondromalacia Patella. But doctor also wants to investigate the piece that is coming from the bone around 3 inches below the knee.

For the last 2 days, I have been experiencing severe back pain in the lower right back. I have taken Flexura D for pain relief but it didn't provide any relief. Then I consulted my family doc and he asked to have a CT Scan done. In the CT scan report it was mentioned that: 1. Straightening of the lumbar spine is noted. 2. Disc bulges at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels causing mild thecal sac compression. 3. Haemangioma in the L5 vertebral body. My doctor asked to consult an orthopedist for further treatment. Can someone please help me with the meaning of the above points and what would be the impact of these and with the above conditions, is it advisable to travel by road. I have to travel on 11th Nov.
