Bone & Muscle problems

When i run for more than a kilometre pain starts. Pain increases if i climb or come down from stairs later. However, pain vanishes within a week. When i start running again pain comes back. This is happening to me since 1.5 years. Please help

I am working as RGM in hotel industry and I need to stand at a stretch for long hours.
