Hi my right shoulder got frozen I'm unable to lift my hand I have undergone xray CT scan report shows normal after one month I got relief from pain but numbness effects my right shoulder still not cured with numbness can any one help me with this or any medicine or need any physiotherapy for this

I have neck pain on left side since an year. This neck pain especially when I sleep on thick pillow, also during my work hours in front of laptop and when I lift weight with left hand. I also develop left side headache at the base of skull radiating towards front sometimes. I have two questions regarding this- 1. Is this symptom of postural or degenerative diseases 2. Can I join gym and do weightlifting to strengthen neck muscle? Can this resolve the issue? My HbA1c is 8.5 and triglycerides are 270, is there any risk associated joining th le gym?
