Bone & Muscle problems

Hello Doctor, I had a bike accident and fractured left knee tibia approx 50 days ago. Then my doctor put a cylinder cast as the fracture was non displaced. Cast removal done after 1 month and start the phisiotherapy. Then after 45 days doctor allow me to walk with the support of knee immobilizer and crutch. And after 50 days i am still walking for very short time with crutches. Now my question is how many days after i can walk without knee immobilizer and crutches as i have to join my office. Also when i practice walking that time i feel the leg is little weighty. One more question when i will get the full knee range of motion. Now i can sit in chair but still not full range of motion in knee. Attached my x-ray reports. Kindly tell me how is the bone fracture healing and after how many days i can join office as i have to go with public transport. Thanks in advance.

This is 5 month old xray , what the status of healing and what the chances of recovery in this case ?

I'm 24years old. My height is 5ft 7inch. And from my teen age only I developed habit of rounding my back everytime. Whenever I sit, walk or stand my spine rounds everytime. I want to straighten my back. How can I do it? Whenever I try to straighten my back while sitting or standing, either I forget to keep straighten my back after 10-15 mins or it becomes discomfortable for me. Please help me. I dont have any back pain issues at all.

Removed cast doctor said bone united but I am unable to upward my wrist and also downward it like struck. What should I do

I have chronic anxiety nowadays, but now my head and neck are slightly vibrating (1-2 sec duration) without any pain,  from 1 month when I'm in a resting position or looking at any object, but during active position it's not happening ... Is it anxiety symptoms or other things! After discontinuing depression medicine these symptoms started.( I have cervical spondylitis also, DDD).

I have pain in my right hip to the thigh joint till my toe.. sometimes tingling in the right foot too.. if I sit and get up, there is a sharp pain in my right hip.. when I walk and take rest, the pain is there.. I'm 5 feet and weight is 92kgs. Also, when I turn my neck towards the right side, there is a sound always coming.. I have frequent neck spasms and upper back n center chest pain on and off.. Sometimes, that neck pain is associated with mild pain..
