Bone & Muscle problems

This is for a 61 years old female. She is a diabetic patient with average blood pressure is 140/90. She is suffering from gout as informed by one of the orthopaedic. Uric acid is 7.5 as per the report. However she is experiencing swollen fingers of her left foot. In the three smal fingers. So she has pain while walking. So kindly advice how to cure this swollen feet.

Pls suggest Endoscopic surgery of lumber disc advantages and disadvantages. Later any issues regarding walking.

Hii I am having pain in my right leg upper thigh area from last 4 to 5 days I don't know why this sudden pain I don't understand whether it's cramp or something ..because I did not fall or I did not get any injury but this sudden sharp pain is too irritating can you please tell me what it can be or any remedy or medicine for relief. There is no redness or swelling there but pain is like too much stiffness on just one spot. I took paracetamol one day in night that day I got relief but the pain comes back after medicine effects end.

Hello doctor My left side of back suddenly started paining at 5 am in the morning, pain was there for half an hour, please tell me why was it paining I'm feeling too scared

I've diagnoised with L5S1 disc protrusion for almost two months. First two weeks was into Gabapentin medication. After discontinue the medicines pain started. Went physiotherapy for 5 days and stretching exercises. Now could notice no radiating pain through my thigh and also pain is very minimal near the hip area but all of the sudden severe pain in the other day(but no radiating pain through thigh). still continue doing 20mnts stretching exercise everyday. Please advise if I need any further inperson consultations?

After surgery for bimalleolar fracture is there malunion of bone in the attached photo. Also if I remove the hardwares what are the chances of refracture?

My baby is 1 year and 4 months old,her toes are little bit inwards when standing and walking , she is walking on her own without any issues but her toes are bit curved inside, what should we do and while walking her feet are wide. I have attached a pic of her legs

How long is ankle hardware removal recovery? Is physiotherapy needed after the removal? Also will I be able to walk just after the removal?
