Hi Doctors I got my right knee ACL injured and it is a grade 1 tear Doctor suggested omega 3 supplement and glucosamine hcl tablet for 3 months After 3 months of medicine I feel completely ok for walking.. But I am not confident of jogging and playing games May I know whether I can continue taking omega 3 medicine and glucosamine hcl tablet for few months Suggestions and recommendation pls

Hi Doctors, I'm 24 years old, 6.1 ft tall guy and I got to know that my cervical AP canal dimensions are 1.2 cm, 1.0cm, mentioned in my MRI, and these are fine without any bulge or herniation. So I wanted to know what is the normal or average discs size or AP canal dimensions of Cervical and lumbar spine? And if mine is smaller then why is it so at such an early age? Is this some kind of desease?

A 2 month ago I fall down from tree and it's was 18-20 feet , I had injury in my left hand wrist and right hand shoulder, I went two hospital and they gave me medicine and he did X-ray but there is no problem in X-ray they told me. My gym also missed due to injury 🤕. When I moved my left hand wrist backward than I feel to much pain. Please advise me what should I did and please suggest me medicine it's recover easily

Recently discovered osteoporosis having severe pain in the legs and thighs. Taking CCM, gemtide injections everyday, JCQ plus tablets. Taking TRD TABLET FOR PAIN. Can you suggest how to get rid of pain without taking pain killer. Can I do weight lifting exercise. Caution I had undergone open heart surgery 4 years ago.

After 6 weeks casting done xray coming like thos. Pls advise whether it will cure on own as it is . As casting done 36 days there is no more doctor done.
