Is x ray enough to rule out rib fracture? In my x ray there is broken rib but I still feel pain and tenderness after 90 days.No pain on deep breathing or sneezing only minor on some specific movement.

My Mother Has Fracture Of Both Tibia Fibula 2 Months 15 Days Ago We Went For Local Kattu Mean (Puttur Kattu) Recently We Consulted Doctor And He Suggested Some Medicines And He Said After 20 Days We Will See If The Bone Set Rightly Surgery Not Needed If Not Then We Will Go For Sugery Pls Suggest My Mother Bone Will Set Or Not I am worrying about her. Lightly She Has Swelling In Ankle Area Too Pls Check Prescription And X Ray Images Of My Mother Right Leg.

We consulted Orthopedic Surgeon on date,23rd Aug'23 and doctor did bandage and has suggested plaster. We doubt that this may need more specialized treatment approach like rod,plate,wire,etc for proper alignment.Sharing the prescription and xray image for reference. Please suggest.

Hello sir, There some lump in both of my leg (lower limp) , some are very tiny and some are little big ,Feels rubbery , Tiny ones little hard.Nothing visible to eye except one which appear when stretching on feeling it feels like some fluid is filled or something.I had some injuries in my knees in past.Nothing serious.What will be the reason.Now after examining my body I can feel may lump.Some in chest , some in abdomen.Which specialist should I see? What will be the reason.

I suffered a L1 compression fracture two weeks ago.. But its still painful and i am unable to sit or stand. Do i need to take conplete bed rest? And for how long?

Respected Doctor, This relates to my mother, age 81 years. In November 22 she was diagnosed with scrub typhus and was admitted to the hospital for 10 days. It was further revealed from various tests that she had compression fracture ( D11& D12 ) and a minor fracture of the Ischio pubic Rami . She got cured from scrub typhus and was discharged. However, since then she is not able to walk and it's only by using the Walker she can move, though only a few steps. It is relevant to note that she is able to carry on the exercises while lying on bed ( Straight Leg Raise, Hip raise , etc. ) . Physiotherapy is currently on ( 3 days/ week). But it is a great mystery why she is not able to walk. I am very worried about - will she be able to walk at all? It is pertinent to mention that the MRI of the brain also revealed that she had age-related cerebral atrophy and the hospital authorities opined that it is normal at this stage. Can you please help me with your suggestion?
