Disfiguration in feet
My father's(Age-55) remaining four fingers are slowly drifting away from big toe(pic attached)
He has been noticing it since last 2-3 months,it doesn't pain but he feels a certain discomfort
Kindly tell why it's happening and what needs to be done for the same
We are worried..Please help
