Bone & Muscle problems

I fractured my fibula at the end 18 days back . Pain is reduced but still there if the fracture area is touched. Swelling is gone down but still there. Doctor has put a slab and could not do full cast because of swelling. I took swelling medication for 10 days as directed by doctor. X ray was taken twice and bone has not moved. I keep the foot elevated full day and only take down for washroom. My doctor told I should not have pain or swelling now.. please suggest.. I don't have diabetes, non smoker, but have asthma- taking foracort 200 Please suggest..

My legs hurt so much whenever i do dance or some exercise or play sports or even run they hurt so much and its been 4 years since it's happening i am 17 now i like dancing so i used to dance for 3 to 4 hours a day but now I can't even dance for straight 40 mins even if i do that it hurts afterwards

For shoulder pain should I consult orthopedic or physiotherapist. I took medication of vit D for 1 month but did not cure completely. I work for long hours in office desk job might be the reason please suggest.

Do i need surgery??? if not then what should i do i m confused wil it heal automatically or any another way

My Father age 68 was fallen from stairs in June , his a plate was inserted in his hip bone, from last two month he is normal doing all work and walk 5 km daily , yesterday he climb some stairs from the instant he is feeling pain , after doing x ray doctor concluded that a screw has been open and said bone had completely fix 95% and advice to take rest for 15 days , pls advice what should we do

I suffered a right tibia fracture on 19-9-23, which is being treated conservatively by slab and  cast plaster was given on 30-9-23. is it normal to have pain at fracture site sometimes, sometimes i feel migrating pain in my leg, sometimes at fracture site too. is it normal.

Recently i tried to pick up my fallen bike and my back right side cage is having some spasms and i cant able to breath properly while deep breathing its basically becoming a cramp and i am unable to breath.

Swelling on my left side leg for three days. I am able to walk but some tight Ness on my knee .please advise.when I am bending my leg feels difficult to bend.

When I was 12 years old I fell from my bicycle and got 36 stiches internal and external around my left knee.. After that I was fine.. I did not do any much physical activity.. After I turned 19 I started doing yoga and exercise and after practicing it I started to feel pain around my left knee.. I did my MRI scan and meniscus tear 2 was detected.. Now even while walking or other activity I have little tiring and pain sensation in that area.. What should I do.. Please guide me .. Please see the MRI scan and let me know.. Thank you in advance 🙏
