Bone & Muscle problems

I was having slip disc since last two years ,l4-5 was 7 mm thecal sac...that time i was having a pain in my leg..i felt pain two years on the right leg side unable to walk for 5 min continue ,but since last two months i was not having pain ...i can walk and sit...wat is the reason...

Non retracted 0.9 cm length 0.1 cm transverse posterior supraspinatus tendon sural surface tear with surrounding tendinosis. Teres minor and subscapularis is intact. ARTICULAR CARTILAGE AND LABRUM - superior labral tear extending from 10-2 o'clock position, rest of cartilage are intact.

I have been on bed rest since 1 month now. How long more do I need to be on rest?? Can i do some leg exercises or physiotherapy?? Can it be treated medically or do i need surgery for this?

Hello dr, once I sneezed from that day I had  cramp like pain in my left side upper back .when I lay down ,a little movement can increase the pain..just like pulled nerves .. sometimes I feel like my bones are going up down . I can't explain properly but pain is not frequent..it just comes when I lay down or bend on the left side..

Hi, I am a 40 year old woman. Mother of two adults. From last 15 days I am facing back pain in tail bone. Firstly it is normal pain but with time it is increasing and now it's sometimes unbearable. I have not noticed yet my one side collar bone is popped up mirror I am noticing it from month No swelling no pain only click sound on shoulder when up hand you can't listen sound only feel if wants to hear Worrying about it what's the problem behind it Not any another issues I am fearing that's it's serious illness . . (One thing I give you on mind once I visited a tailor who measures my shoulder for future reasons and say your one should is down from other)

Suffering from planter fasciitis and consulted a doctor for that he suggested me medicines for a month and hot water fomentation with some calf exercises . The medicines are :- Neurotuf , goldcal ap , synertab, deflomed 6 , ornim p , rabemac 20 , PB 60k I wanna ask that am taking these medicines on regular basis so it doesn't have any side effects ?

As mentioned my mom is facing leg pain, her bones are so weak, planning to buy her a massager for pain relief. Which type of massager will be helpful? Vibration massager or air compression massager?
