Bone & Muscle problems

Hi my sister is having severe back pain along with numbness in her right leg. She has been bearing the pain for 18 days and with every medication and painkiller to no effect she is getting relief. Kindly tell me what should we do now. We also got Her MRI scan last week. I am uploading the same also.

Shall I get the medical and fitness certificate for two months I had some pain in left foot (injury in sports) it was showing symptoms of muscle tear then I got the plaster But still pain persisted after the removal of plaster therefore I got mri of my foot after consultation with doctor which showed Minimal effusion in the tibiotalar joint capsule along anterior & posterior recess with minimal loculated T2 hyperintese fluid in the base region of 2nd metatarsal bone and adjacent tarsometatarsal joint space and no significant synovial thickening and normal MR morphology of adjacent bone, tendon and other soft tissue . Hence I had pain after a walk or standing for longer duration And after this an ointment reacted on my foot and it got some allergy resulting in swolling of it for a week.

MRI report Mild posterior disc bulge at L4-L5 level causing ventral thecal sac indentation. Right subarticular disc protrusion at L5-S1 level causing ventral thecal sac indentation, right lateral recess and neural foraminal narrowing with right traversing and exiting nerve roots indentation. As advised by treating doctor, doing core strengthen exercise, stopped lifting weights, pending forward and few things. Taking PREGANERVEM daily at night and if pain increase Dr. Advised to take Myoril Maxx as well. Now as per this MRI report , will there be any threat for nerve roots or any severe damage can happen? Pls advise.

Hello Doctor, I had a bike accident 1.5 months ago and fractured tibia in my left leg. Doctor put cylinder cast in my leg and now after 1.5 months he suggest me to weight bearing slowly for 1st week and then for  normal walk. But in the new x-ray report there i have seen the fracture line is still visible. Now my question is how doctor allow me to walk. Can i start walk with the visible fracture line? Kindly suggest. Both X-ray reports are enclosed.

Hello doctors, I fell from steps and had tailbone fracture which is minor. It's been 20 days but there is no recovery. I am taking vitamin d and calcium supplement. What else I need to do for recovery. Why it's not getting healed. Please reply.

After 2 to 3 days of high grade fever I am unable to walk .Pain in upper thigh & buttocks & waist from last 5 days. Physiotherapy also taken like electric current type in thighs but condition is not fully improved.
