Disc prolapse symptoms may resolve with adequate bed rest and avoid stress on the spine for 2 months. Use analgesics and tab chymoral forte, muscle relaxants. Try this before opting for surgery. Epidural injection may also works well. Discectomy is sufficient, if at all surgery is needed.
Next Steps
Use memory foam mattress, avoid bending forwards, lifting weights. Use lumbar belt while walking. Use medication.
Health Tips
Keep follow up , consulting orthopaedic surgeon to review the progress with conservative management.

Symptoms needs more elaboration Persistent radiating pain in the left lower limb despite taking medications and physiotherapy requires surgery. (MRI report will also have spinal canal diameter - that will also give an indication for the need for surgery) And surgery cost is based on your centre
Health Tips
Hot bag application, avoid travelling long distances/bending forward/lifting weights now
