PCL complete tear
I met with an accident 10 days ago and MRI report showed that i have grade 3 PCL injury .Should i go for surgery or bed rest and healthy diet?

I would like to examine the patient to assess the degree of injury.
I think above knee plaster cast for 3-6 wks.and physiotherapy should be sufficient.
