Lower back pain
I have lower back pain and pain travelling towards my left leg into calfs I went to physical medicine and rehabilitation department in aiims bhopal They did some medicine and SWD Treatment but no relief i got only relief in L4/L5 point but. Pain which is traveling is still From 3days left leg become heaveir What should i do what is exactly i have??

maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees . strengthening exercises back
