Bone & Muscle problems

At the rotatory..just around where bicep inserts into shoulder..cant raise arm above chest..

Pain in left shoulder and lower back and lower leg. no strong pain, its come after 2 to 3 days i dont think what is that

Pain in right ribs and right shoulder for 2 days. Did take pain killers. And have ice pack. Hard to deep breath.

I m 21. From some days when i sit down on floor having sound in my knee bones. Is it because of calcium deficiency. If yes what medication i should take

Soft tissue damage at the end of October and still got pain nearly 3 months later I can go from being completely fine to being in agony

I have hip pain exactly one year back i met with an accident then it was a acl tear then it healed by itself.now hip pain occurring on same leg.

I have injury in knee joint Ultraset or signoflam which one is better Please suggest

Dear mam or sir, My this careers related to my grandmother who is 50 years old now .Due a incident her 1 finger got broken so she consulted a doctor who plastered her finger but when the Plaster Are removed then she found herself unable to fold the broken finger even not all other 4 fingers Now after 12 month , the condition. Is still same  she feel unable to curl her fingers (a little moment is possible) what can be done to prevent this.

Sir whenever i try to take part in any sports activity my leg twists from the knee joint.

Had a fall 3 months before at that time MRI report said high grade ACL tear and hairline fracture . After going through physiotherapy I got My ROM but physiotherapist was very rough and unbearable. Suddenly after 3 months I found difficulty In walking As I would find spiking pain around My entire Knee and I just can't walk few steps due to spiking pain. Took another MRI after 3 months now report says partial ACL tear and ACL look's bulky . And fracture has 5 mm depression at the posterior side
