Pain in shoulder
Hi Sir/ Madam, One of my friend pulled my hand very strongly...at that same time I got a serious pain in my shoulder...by the by I didn't get swelling but when I am going to rotate my hand for excercise ...I am feeling there is pain...can u please suggest me for further ?

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side..

It looks like you got subacromial bursitis. Usually settles with exercise. Consult Shoulder surgeon in Navi Mumbai Apollo Dr Gautam Tawari

Dear, It may be due to bursitis First of all Get your X-Ray done a soon as possible Apply Cold Pack Twice A day

See any good Ortho Doctor and get your assessment done. and then visit a good physiotherapy centre nearby you
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy objects from painful hand, Do not keep hard pillows under your neck and avoid sleeping on painful side and avoid doing exercises with that hand for couple of days
