Wall hitted twenty days back he is suffering with hand pain could not able to lift the hand to height , xray taken bone was pressed taking pain killers but not much releif pain from shoulder to elbow can you please suggest

You need to consult Orthopedic Surgeon for further evaluation and treatment. where is the trauma? Swelling? etc and share xray For Pain apply any analgesic ointment for the time being.
