I am recovering from alcohol addiction I feel weakness in body lack of strength,, now I feel my knees are weak and gives me some pain, I can't stand proper and I felt like lock knees backwards , what is the problem, is this cartilage damage or something else, what should I do, I m facing this problem from 3-4 months,, thank you

Hello Dr, Recently i had a small accident on a bike. There were no immediate problems but i am feeling that my knee is not stable and is twisting. I consulted a orthopedic, sports doctor and after checking mri, he said he couldn't completely get a clear analysis of the scan. So asked me to go for physiotherapy now and later he will decide. Could you please explain me according to the attachment. I am very tensed right now. Whether to go for surgery or wait till physiotherapy is done. Thanks in advance.
