I have a wound on my leg for 10 days. It is not healing. It happended in an bike accidend.I cannot walk properly. The injury is on my ankle. I have no pain when iam resting but have severe pain when walking.

MRI report says Diffuse disc bulge and posterior anular tear noted at L4-5 level causing thecal sac indentation and bilateral mild neural foramen narrowing .
