My MRI reveals that posterior disco osteophytic protrusion is seen at C4& C5 levels. this protrusion impinges C5 nerve roots on both sides and minimally indents the anterior spinal cord. right paracentral posterior protrusion at C6 level.protrusion impinges the C6 nerve roots and right anterior aspect of thecal sac.

Hello, I am getting pain in my left shoulder while lifting weights the pain is from shoulder to elbow the whole bone and I can't do excercise like flat bench press but I can do incline excercises. Should I consulte a physiotherapist or a doctor ? What should I do ? When I was younger a kid )my left shoulder used to get like dislocated while sleeping or when someone holding my hand and it used to go back in 2-3 minutes.

My mother aged 58 has legs look like in picture.As per Dr.D sunil & Bharani Kumar knee replacement is required .She does her work and walk also.is it safe to do knee replacement at this age?.For the age concern we think to wait and do knee replacement for any complicacy in future.

I am having pain in my left buttock. Pain is light and happening sometimes while walking and sitting. It all started 3 years back when an injection was given. At that time only I felt unusual sharp pain but was told to use hot water, ice and thrombophob which I did and it was better. But after few weeks it started again when playing table tennis, running and its happening till date. Please suggest what should I do. Should I go to Physiotherapist/orthopedic/General Surgeon?

7 months ago I had a road accident where my cheekbone got fractured and my nerves got damaged. I felt numb near my right ear. And I found that my fractured bone was misplaced and grew abnormally. The question is, can I smoke cigarettes now? And can I wear helmet and drive? What are the things I'm not supposed to do? Thanks

I have a backache for several years in sleep and it wakes me up in mornings then its pain vanish couple hour later.
