Ligament injuries under PWD

Sir just want to say that I am having knee ligament issues(ACL) since 2005 in one leg and after lots of physiotherapies it remains the same...This year I had another knee ligament injury...So want to ask 1 thing that whether these injuries can come under PWD for govt. Exam preparation....Waiting for ur reply sir.
