I injured my hand in football (im a goalkeeper). I had pain in 3 fingers, the index and the 2 beside it. In 2 weeks, the 2 fingers healed completely but my index still hurts when i try to turn w twist my finger or wrist. I also noticed a swelling above my wrist.

I suffered a bad ankle fracture in Feb 2017 with my left leg. I just got out of the walking boot Sept 2017. I’ve just started back to work and being on my feet all day.
