Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doctor, I'm priyanka and I'm 30 years. Past a month I'm facing a problem with my hip. When I sit with out a back support for a long time ( like one hour and more) and move from that position, I feel my hips are freezered both sides and there will be a muscler pain for 3 to 4 secs. Now I'm seriously afraid of this issues. Please assist me with right solution and I don't know whom to contact on this. Your reply is more appreciate and helpful Thanks, Priyanka.B

I am a 33yr old female (married)having pain in my left buttocks which radiates down till knee, outer thigh and inner thigh(hamstrings area) . Sometimes the pain goes all the way till my feet.
