Bone & Muscle problems

I went over on my ankle in heels 6 days ago. I felt a snapping pain and it hurt but I carried on. It started to really throb 3-4 hours later and now it hurts 6 days later. I can walk on it but it hurts to put pressure on it, right on the top of my foot to the left hand side.

I think I broke 2 of my toes. I want an actual opinion on whether I did or not. I was running and it was very muddy and I slipped a little bit and caught myself but I hit my left foot on a rock hard. 2 of my toes are very red and I can’t move them. Also 6 months ago, a ping pong table broke and fell on another separate toe and I never did anything about it and it got very swollen and purple. The one from a while ago is still I little swollen but doesn’t hurt.

My father has vericos vein in right leg yesterday he was standin in queue and suddenly fell and not able to balance from left leg,is there any sign for any problem ?

I woke up with numbness in my left hand. A couple of hours later it is still there and is travelling up my arm. I am worried.. I do suffer severe migraines where I get tingling in my left hand and arm too but this is not like that. I have also had alot of pa8n in my coxic bone for the past 4 months without an injury. I'm not sure if this could be related.

I was prescribed to take nucoxia 90 tablets as I am having tail bone pain. Should I take this tablet in empty stomach or after dinner?
