Hi, you probably had soft tissue injury. Consult a Shoulder surgeon. He will examine you and request scan if necessary. Most symptoms will settle down 6 weeks from injury if there is not much internal damage but make sure there is no internal damage by consulting. By Dr Sivaraman, Shoulder Consultant from Chennai.

Hi it seems soft tissue injury may b rotator cuff. Please go for MRI if you want to know real diagnosis. In the mean time do not do overhead activities. Pl go for pendular exercises & self assisted exercises . Do shoulder shrugging & scapular elevating exercises. Consult a physiotherapist.
