Bone & Muscle problems

My upper left arm appears to have less muscle mass then my right arm. So much that it doesn't feel right, but also that when I put stress on it, it hurts almost like a pinching sensation.

In my recent test , Vit D and B12 levels are below par Can u please suggest what to do and what precautions and remedies should I take

I have been having mid to lower back pain for a week getting worse everyday. I didnt push/pull/lift anything heavy. Or do any strenuous work/workouts. Was in a head on car accident 7 years ago and have hard chronic back pain. But this pain is different. Have history of kidneys stones and kidney infections as well as i have Medullary(spelling is probably incorrect) Sponge Kidney. But as said before, the pain is different from that. I dont know what i did but it hurts so bad i almost went to ER.

I fell off by hitting the ar a below knee and it has a bad swelling there. I also hit my both knees while I fell. I can ileven feather touch the area where the swelling is present. Please suggest any medicine and also shall I tie it tight with the elastic crepe bandage?
