Bone & Muscle problems

I have an injury in my right foot. I like kicking boxing bags, but today, I accidentally missed the punching bag, and my foot directly hit the wall. It hurt my 3rd and 4th finger mainly. I can't move both of those fingers, and it hurts alot. And also, when I move this foot around, I feel something loose or moving, which is making me worry that I might have either broken or dislocated my fingers. I applied Relispray™ to it a few times but it still hurts a lot. I can't walk properly either.

Please Tell me is that fracture? Or any minor injuries and how to Recover it.. of foot 5th Metatarsal. Of right leg Two days ago.. so i go for xray Verification but I don't understand that its really fracture or. not? i will share my xray Photo. with this.. Suggest Me Thank You.

Hi Doctor, I'm (M/26 yrs) , i'm having sciatica problem from 1 year. I was able to do normal activities without any problem, but 3 months back i've had a very serve pain which i was playing badminton and i could not even move at that time. I've consulted a doctor and have taken some pain killers and i was ok with in a week. Now recently 2 days back which i was waking up from bed i had a very serve unberable pain for around 20 minutes and i couldnt even get up from my bed during that time,

I have bad pain in my right foot down the side and up to the ankle and have done since 02/01/18. I'm struggling to walk on it for any distance more than a few steps and when sitting/laying down there is a dull pain. On the 31/12/17 I twisted my ankle on a curb in the street however it didn't hurt until 2 days afterwards, so I'm not sure if this is related.

I am having a chest pain which is in the middle or right side of my chest .sometimes when i lie down it pains or when i lie down and slightly turn my direction from left to right or vice versa .the pain is sometimes but it is painful . It also pain when i give stress on my chest for eg i am bending in front it can pain that , sometimes i am sleeping and it pains . Can u please suggest me what do in this case
