Bone & Muscle problems

Fell onto my straightened out thumb and it’s very painful at the minute. I can’t stretch it backwards but I can bend it forward. Would I know if it was broken?

Hi doctor. I am 23yr girl.I have bones problem. I was 5.1" but now i am 4.9".Recently decrease my height and gain weight.I was very strong but now I feel weak in every work.Mainly when I tried for exercise.I've white discharge regularly.If i take calcium tablet lost my hair.I've anemia from childhood.no thyroid. Can you please suggest what to do for gain height and make bones strong?and is it possible to hair growth back?Please help. (I can't effort gym or diet for economical reason.)

Hello, had a little bit of a fumble today, hurt my foot a little. Seemed normal for a while, actually did some walking around and a bit of work as well. 2-3 hours later, after lying down a bit and applying some pain ointment, foot started hurting a lot. Unable to put weight on the foot, and there's swelling too. Foot hurts quite a lot when trying to walk. I'm not able to identify if this is a fracture or sprain though, but would it more likely to be a sprain since the pain set in after a while

I had arthroscopic shoulder surgery 1 year ago, Now after all the physical therapy I have been told I need a 2nd surgery. I have the MRI reading: Small intersistal tear lateral attach of supraspinatus tendon measures 4mm. Mild tendinopathy of supraspinatus tendon with thickening. Extensive partial thickness tear undersurface tear at ANT. attch, 80% of tendon thickness, intact bursal surface tendon seen Heterogenous signal of SUP labrum possible tear? or from prior surgery

My grand mother is suffering from muscle cramps since several years. Last night I was punched in the kidneys by my sister very hard. And my other friend punched me right between my shoulder blades. In the moment of it happening it was a sharp pain and it went away. I woke up this morning not able to move nor walk. Once I did walk, I threw up. I have tried drinking water I threw up right after. And I had one wafffle, I threw that up right after also, and the vomit was red.

Pain in small of lower back in spinal cord.May be at L17,L 18.Normal walk is alright.Discomfort when climbing stairs.

I am unable to run due to pain in my left knee. I went to see a sports medicine doctor and had an MRI done, and they found an enlarged lymph node in my knee. At first there was concern it could be cancer, but they say it's not cancer. MRI also showed evidence of muscle strain, possibly from an old injury. The doctor basically told me he doesn't know what I should do about my knee pain except try to run through it. I'm left unsure what to do next, and concerned about the lymph node.

My mri shows minimal joint effusion but i dont have any outer swelling and almost no pain but i get buring feeling on left side of knee pls suggest treatment
