I've been suffering from tailbone pain since two months. Actually while playing football I fell directly on my tailbone. It is paining while I sit in relaxed position or while riding bike. It doesn't pain when I walk or run or exercise. Is this serious? Or will it take few months to go away?

My vit D is 15, where it should be min 75, my back x-ray reads degenerative changes in Lumbar spine with osteophytes formation and loss of normal lumbar lordosis. Is it something to worry too much? What does this mean? Having too much back pain

My daughter is a volleyball player and she injured her shoulder and is unable to move it or use it. I was skiing yesterday and my hurt really bad whenever I moved it at all or put weight on it. it is on the outside right around where the small bump is. its worse today then it was yesterday and it hurts to put pressure on it when I touch it. its not too obviously swollen but it look a bit swollen.
