I HAVE PAIN IN MY RIGHT SHOULDER THAT HAS PROGRESSIVELY GOTTEN WORSE THROUGHTOUT THE DAY AND NOW LFET HAD IS TURNING PURPLE.

I have shoulder pain below the left shoulder blade radiating to the left hand with numbness on fire finger. There is pain on the lower back. I am suffering from vertigo also. Which doctor should I consult.
