Wrist pain
My left wrist has pain when I try bending the hand backwards. Forwards bending of the hand does produce a twinge, but not currently as bad a pain. The same action does not hurt on the right hand. There have been no breaks and as far as I can tell, no discoloration. The pain started in the last few days to a week. Should I consider a wrist support for a time? Other ideas?

Wrist brace for a period of 10 days along with hot fomentation with analgesic gel application twice daily should work.. If no relief after 10 days,  please visit an orthopaedician to get urself examined and xrays to rule out diagnoses like keinbocks disease etc
