Bone & Muscle problems

I have been experiencing slight pain in my feet when I walk or stand for a long time. During a health checkup the T score for my bone density was -3, which indicates weak bones... What should be the course of action?

Sudden lower back pain yesterday night while walking. Pain continues today. No pain while sleeping or sitting.

Can i use the ankle support ?, i had a fracture in my right leg ankle .now 40 days completed plaster taken after 10 days used bandage for 15 days but swelling remains and it increases when i walk long distance.can i use ankle support or not? please advice

For a while my back has been in quite some pain. Sometimes I bend over or lean down to get something and all of a sudden I find it little difficult to breath and I cant get up. It's almost like a cramp yet the pain is like stabbing or burning kind of feeling, after it isn't so painful I can get up. Ever since this has started my knees, hands, and neck have done the same thing. I ride horses, and play sports but I have done it my entire life. Could this just be soreness or should I see a doctor?

Girlfriend fell on leg now hip is in pain and also her ankle it’s on the back of her leg and she feels like it’s twisted

I am getting numbness in legs and hand Mainly on the right side some time on left too). With shoulder pain., Which specialised doctor to consult for the same.,

I have mild pain in my left shoulder for last 15 days. Also have hard knots/ lumps in pectoral muscles. When ever I press these knots/lumps mild pain sensation goes through left hand from shoulder to tip of figures. Can you please let me know what can be the possible reasons for this problems and how I can treat them.

Hello there... i need advice as i am having shoulder pain for now over a month and i have shown up to couple of doctors here locally who gave me some medicines. But the thing is that when I used medicines then the pain was fine and as i left taking them it started again the same way. I am so worried about that kindly need good advice from professionals.

Dear sir/ ma'am 2 days ago i done pushups by watching "Home Workouts" android application but my shoulder joint front side and near chest its paining I can't do exercise also, should i have to continue my exercise or should I have to skip one or 2 days.
