Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 31 years age lady. I work in bank and need to travel for 70 to 80 kms in bus. I have having severe back pain and shoulder pain. Can you please help me

I have started gyming from last 2 weeks as my weight is almost 70 kgs. From the last week i am having severe pain in my ankle and toes, it even pains in the resting position. What can be the reason for this, even my toe nails also feels dead as much as I cut them it doesn't pain. How can I get relieved from the pain.

What is the treatment of Ankylosing spondylitis? what drugs do you suggest?

Dear concerns , I do not feel any pain when my hand is resting but I feel pain when I throw a ball with my arm in the horizontal position it really hurts in my shoulder joint . Secondly When I hold something in my hand which is a touch heavy for hand I start feeling that my hand is getting tired and as if blood supply stopped . Note : I feel no pain in normal movements of my hand Kindly Help in this regard. Best

I had a ligament ruptured at ankle few years ago.. but still when I play a game or walk a lot my ankle and the bone in my leg starts paining

I am having pain in right hand shoulder from last 2-3 weeks. I am not able to throw ball faster.

I am having terrible ache in my lower back, at the end of my tailbone. It is concentrated at the point. I used to have this pain sometimes in the past and it used to go away in a day or two. This  time it is persisting for long and it is very intense, I can't sit properly. It won't be possible for me to visit the doctor in the next 2 or 3 days, so till then, is there anything I can do? Hello doctor I m 34 years male , I had weakness & pain in legs, in 2017 I fell ill every 3 months for 7-10 days with fever, so I got a test done 1 month back , every thing was ok except Vitamin D very low 5 , vitamin b 12 on border line & months average sugar 6, I took 2 Injections of 6lac iu vit D on 1 Jan & 15 Jan but since 3 days there is again lots of pain & weakness. I m not able to go to work . Please help. I have now reduced my sugar intake & have started having multi vitamins also

My knees has been hurting for years. I am 22 years old. I am a martial artist. The outter side of my knee hurts when i jump. It hurts too when i sit for long, i can barely walk after sitting or benting my knees for lone period of time. When i bent, the bone on the back of my knee hurts, the bone that is in V- shape. This problem has been disturbing me since my injury 5 years ago.

I'm 23 year old women, From last 3 months I'm suffering from very high pain in my left buttock while I'm lying on bed or floor. On that time because of pain I'm unable to move anywhere.I thought it's because of calcium lack, for that I was taking the supplements But today only I have touch that portion and found their is something like knot which is long equals to half or 3/4 of palm.
