Bone & Muscle problems

Now i am 29 year old female, i have 14 years long term shoulder pain at work time , eating time, and any regular work I have do. Only right hand shoulder . what am i do ?

Today i remove my plaster after one month and my leg is thiker then other is this a problem or normal please tell me?

I have waist back pain .I am not comfortable to long time sitting position.mainly my back pain starting when long time i am not take rest...(30 min)

Posterior horn and body of lateral meniscus show complete tear.is surgery required? I dont feel any pain, no locking has been observed in knee only little bit swealing is there over knee. Impression of mri scan says Schatzker type 3 lateral tibal plateau fracture with gross joint effusion and full thickness tear of posterior horn of body of lateral meniscus. Hi, my brother is complaining about knee pain since last two months. We have been to 2 doctors, but they both couldn't help him for long. One doctor suggested for physiotherapy which didn't work out. And another gave some medicines, which he took for a while. But as soon as he stopped medicines, the pain started again. In X ray reports, there are no visible signs of bone damage. So, bones are in correct state as per doctors also. And now, he feels, that there is some liquid filled up under his knee bone, for which he feels pain. He applies volini gel and warm strip for relief at night. So, I want to know that, what this particular problem, of 'watery knee' is known in medical science. Which doctor should we take him to ? Ortho or muscle specialist ? Whats the correct medical treatment for this ? As we want a correct treatment now, cz he feels pain every time now and this is affecting his work also.

I have heavy shoulders with pain. I am having migraine headache. It sometimes feels that the lower lip has been swollen though actually not.I also feel pain in my hair roots. Pain in the scull moves from one place to other. I am feeling down.

My husband has been asked to go for surgery for acl grade 3. But we are unsure about life after surgery, are there are side effects or anything which can effect out life post that? He drives bike, would it effect that too?
