I have bony avulsion fracture of PCL. fracture bone fragment is mildly displaced posterosuperiorly and measures approximately 16 X 15 X 10 mm. All other Ligament are intact. Does this require surgery or just 4 week plaster is enough to be cured?

I was suggested by a doc to have calcirol 60000 weekly....is it really helpful? and how to have it weekly?...

Hi, Me a male of 44, having belly fats problem. Need to get rid of it. Tried different solutions like dieting, use of lemon juice, green tea, etc but no improvement. A private employee and use to sit in office 12 ~ 14 Hrs a day / 6 days a week. Since suffering from spinal cord pain, could not perform much exercises, even could not walk too much. I am a male, Age-24, my uric acid level is 9.96, despite taking medicine Feluric 40mg it hasn't changed, I have recently suffered from Gout pain in my ankle. My height is 5 feet 9 inch and weight is 84kg.
