Neck and back pain from last 4 months, it comes and goes out, I have applied a gel also, took pain killer, pain is circulating through my shoulder and sometime into arms...please help

2 years back had an road accident which caused right knee dislocation. MRI scan reported "Chronic depressed fracture & remodelling of lateral tibial plateau with articular surface irregularity and focal chondral defect in its weight bearing portion. Large osteophytes and remodelling of proximal tibiofibular joint is also noted. Minimal laxity of proximal portion of lateral collateral ligament & popliteus tendon" Need suggestion if these issues can be treated by medication & by avoiding surgery

Hi, I hit my knee on a table really hard 4 days ago, it didn’t have any visible bruising, but is very tinder to the touch, and is very painful when I straighten and bend it. When it’s sitting still i don’t feel much discomfort. When I rub my patella I feel a grindy feeling, I have been icing it trying to make it better but have been avoiding seeing my doctor because I don’t want to waste anyone’s time for a bruised knee. I was wondering if these symptoms sound worry some or if I should just keep

She is suffering from lower back pain and doctor consultation shows that the space between bones in the lower spinal cord has become narrow. We have a 1.6 yrs old baby and she feeds him regularly. There is vit d deficiency in my body.

My platelet count was 2.8 lakhs 2 months back...two weeks before raised to 3.4 lakhs and now 4 lakhs upper limit. Also have mild lower back pain ,and sometimes flank pain from few days. Is it something to worry and in such small time this increase of platelet count is normal or not

I am suffering from backpain for past 2 yrs. Unable to stand for more than 15 mins. Pain radiates from back to thighs and leg. On mri evaluatn found degeneratn at l4-l5 level subtle posterior listhesis of l5 over s1,and sac indentation abutting spinal cord at c5-c6 level. Doctor is surgery necessary?? Or does medications help me relieve pain permanently??
