Bone & Muscle problems

My husband had a gout attack in left foot big toe on 8th Jan midnight for the 1st time ever. He took febustat for 10 days and a couple of painkillers during the attack with suggestions of a doctor. But even after 15 days, he has a bit of pinching pain(irregular intervals) and the toe swells up a little after walking. How long does this last? Should we wait it out? Or should we go for further diagnosis?  What kind of diagnosis? Blood tests during the gout attack, Uric acid:8.7, Total Cholesterol: 251, LDL: 169, Triglycerides: 390.

Operation of increased neck bones that results in pressing vein. And patient is not able to walk

I've been having an issue in my left leg. It's located slightly above my knee and I feel it go into the knee. I only have pain when I go from a squatting/sitting position to stand up. Once I am standing up I am fine and have no pain or anything.
