How to maintain optimum Vitamin D levels
I have had a history of low Vitamin D levels, dropping down to around 14 once.
Is it ok to take 1 capsule of Bon DK 60,000 IU once a month for entire life? Or suggest any substitute medicine with its quantity and frequency.
And how to mintain normal Vitamin B levels? I believe some dietary plans can help in this.
