Bone & Muscle problems

It is on both sides.. but only today i felt muscle like pull in right side tender to touch. Front radiating towards back. Its random pain..

The problem started about 2 weeks a go when my left supercharged hurting then it went away then a few days later it came back and it Was a constant pain went to the doctors said it was my hip had ex_ray now my it feels painful and my back hurt to my vitamin D was low so have tablets now my mum has arthritis but it feel sore to touch on my left side

On my left leg sometimes my knee pops and cracks. Sometimes I have to neck my leg to loosen the pop. Is that a sign of a torn meniscus
