Hello mam since 2 days full of back pain at shoulders and joints I'm female of age 29 can u suggest me the for cure.

I’ve had pain in my wrist radiating to the top of my middle finger it hurts to use my thumb middle and ring finger and it’s in my dominant hand which is my write hand

I am having regular pain in my baby/little/smallest finger of left hand since past 15 days. If you suggest the method of treatment. I am able to bend the finger and no issues there.

My problem is when I run not more than 5km, I can feel the pain around my left knee (outside). No problem while walking. Its been over the month. Im active runner. I just did HM, the pain start came at KM-4. I coudnt bend my knee so much to run esp downhills.The medic says my left knee feel hot than the right knee. Whats exactly happen on my knee ?

Hi, I have a continuous back pain and hip groin muscle pain because of the above mentioned problem now and even knee pain. I have been told this is a problem that's not fixable by surgery but can be reduced with some exercises. I need an advice on whether I should go for a physiotherapy or look out for a surgery. I was a regular at Football and I'd really like to go back to playing. Right now I can't sprint, I can run normally but not sprint. My height is 5'11' and I'm 78 kgs, so I'm slightly over my weight but athletic. Looking out for some serious help.

I am having neck pain on my right side of the neck after i woke up 4 days back. The problem is that the pain is not going away even after 4 days.. The pain is a sensation of pinching pain at a certain location , but when i press there the whole right side of neck pains. Also the movement to right side is somewhat restricted due to pain. Note: i have had recurring back pain in the past so i am worried if it is more than muscular pain.
