Bone & Muscle problems

I missed two staircase and fell down. I hurt my ankle. It was swollen and I could on walk because the pressure on my heels are painful too. Do I need medication or Xray? Any home remedies??

Hello doctor One week back I feel down form bike my left hand is Having some Pain when I am sleep what was the problem Is this negotiations thing when I am stretching my hand I'm getting pain what steps I need to consider to get out of the pain let me know your What was your suggestion .

My mother is suffering from severe pain on her feet.pain is approximately around her 4rth finger of right leg.she just hits a small rock 1 week back and got swelling around the finger for 2 days..now she is having pain from right knee to foot.can u suggest me a solution for this?

I have swelling of fingers in right hand and swelling of feet,and expansion in bone ,my bones are  weakening

I've had a mild burning sensation on my left calf. It's as if I had been running, and that tired-muscle feeling won't go away. It's been like this for more or less an hour. It's not painful, just annoying. And it's not the whole calf, just a small section on the centre of the calf.

Have knee pain it was cartilage issue beacuuse I was doing dance now doctor suggested me to do cycling for strengthening muscles. Pain almost very less Which cycle I should buy there are two types in market stationery cycle without back support and recrumbent cycle which has support to back.which one is good for me I have spondylitis also apart from knee cartilage pain

I dislocated my knee 2 weeks ago and my foot and ankle has now swelled up probably about 3 times the size it normally is and I can no longer move it as easier as I could. The doctor gave me some medication for it but has had no effect. I also had a huge leg spasm today while I was asleep which woke me up where my whole leg was shaking. When I dislocated it, the patella was out for approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. They did no x-ray or MRI etc. I’m worried that it could be more serious. Thank you

Doctor even after your suggestion , I tried cold water and hot bag massage to my leg even then the swelling is not reduced & am not able to stand my leg down with pain.

Sir, I am shohel belongs to Bangladesh. I am 23years old. Sir, I am suffering from knee joint pain from last 3 years. Sometimes fluid is seen in the joint and I can't sit down in order to pain Sir my CRP is positive. Now what can I do please reply me! Besides I can't straight my left leg,

My father knee gap near about 2 inch,doctor advise to surgery,is it necessary or avoidable.
