My mid back and lower back has serious aches from past 2-3 weeks. Before visiting a clinic i wanted to ask whether its a normal pain.. or some problem

I m having lower back pain from past 4 -5 years. It's getting worse day by day. My backbone makes noise when I used to change position on bed. Even my all body joints cause audible noise. I have gone through MRI which clearly states that There is a altered curvature of lumbar spine with component of mild straightening and minimal scoliosis with convexity towards right side. I have consulted a doctor which prescribed me some usual medicine and exercises. Will it treat my problem or surgery ??

Hi my name is Aayush and I am 22 year old so recently I am having this back pain ,it hurts the most in the morning and I thought my mattress was causing me to have back pain but I tried sleeping still the pain is there . Whenever I am having this back pain there is burning sensation in my back and the pain mostly shifts from upper back to mid back and sometimes to the lower back

Initially there were burning sensation in hand and legs, but now there is no feeling at all in both hands and legs. What could be the cause for it. For the past one month she was in bed for repeated fever and lung issues diagnosis. So far trips were taken three times, the above burning sensation and restlessness caused after every trips done.

I'm a marathon runner. I've been experiencing knee pain during run from the last 3 consecutive runs. The pain is in the right of the right knee. I experienced it in the 19th km of the first run. 6th km in the second run and in the 1st km in the latest run.

There is pain in my lower back right side since 15 days it pains wile coughing and in some different positions.
