Bone & Muscle problems

Im 16, i recently lost a bit of weight with changing my diet and i noticed something very weird, one of my ribs has some kind of a bony lump on it and its really weird looking, when i put my arms up you can see that its a lil bigger than the size of my fist and its kinda flat,it also has lil lumps could it a part of the rib or something, not painful though, my ribs look very uneven and im really curious what could it be, ive never seen something like this before because i was overweigt, help?

Bilateral Sacroiliacs Hi My wife was having severe low back pain for the last 3 months. we are currently living in UAE. We done the MRI and was reported Bilateral Sacroiliitis. Sir,my father is of 54 years old..he is having pain in lower back..we visited to a physical medicine expert..he suggested to do an MRI,and ultrasonography..we did that..and doctor doubted that he might possess tuberculosis spondilytis..but doctor was not 100% sure..and started tuberculosis treatment..but my father is facing some physical problems.. can you suggest which specialist doctor should we see for better treatment??

Severe pain upper right abdomen..worse when i lie down..with constant back pain... I also have mucus in bowel movement...I have had a cat scan but they couldn't hit a vein to get dye in veins so ran the scan without dye...nothing came up. Should I seek another dr? I have had this pain since September and its only getting worse like a rubber band tightening up....hurts to breathe...any insight would be helpful.. Thank you

This is just regular questions from my side. I am 26 years 5'10 weight 78 kgs. I was quite active in my early 20's but because of work and leasuire lifestyle my overall health has degraded. one thing i am concerned is when i run my shin area starts paining, so Iwanted to know is it normal or I need to go for some tests?

I had a fracture in my right jaw bone (arch) due to falling over during my sleep. The CT scans showed 2 fractures one on top and other sort of the middle of the arch. I have seen a consultant who said there is no need for surgery since there is no drastic difficulty in opening closing jaw. But I still feel slight pain and swelling. Also, I have noticed regular headaches after waking up every morning. Do you recommend further investigation or will this recover over sometime?

I had ACL ligament surgery around 9 months before but my issue is still presist. When i goes to gym then it will work fine other wise it will become unhealthy. Currently im doing cycling but today there is lot of pain in my leg is there any suggestions regarding this. Does Cycling will be helpful or not. Or i need to consult with psychotherapist.

My spine had broken..the xray report is no focal bone lesion is seen. the intervertebral disc spaces are normal. no abnormal paravertebral soft tissue shadow is seen. no abnormal soft tissue calcification is noted. the psoas shadow are well defined and normal. na radio opaque calculus is seen.
