Im only a teen and I am having horrible lower back pain. I cant bend backwards, it hurts to sit and lay. My neck hurts and i have headaches. I play basketball so idk what to do.

My left thumb has severe pain wuthout any injury.sometimes tge finger cools. Tenderness

MRI report says Diffuse disc bulge and posterior anular tear noted at L4-5 level causing thecal sac indentation and bilateral mild neural foramen narrowing .
