My father aged 77 taking medications for parkinsonism and cardiac ailments. Yesterday while he was moving from hall to his bedroom he skipped and fall on the floor. My dad is a handicap. Seven years ago, one of his legs was operated. After that my father had started walking. But now they do not go away from them, they do not balance the body. The body above the hips is not in their control, they keep moving themselves.

Ok my girlfriends foot has been swollen around her toe next to her big toe. She says she feels that she's walking on a ball below her middle toe. It's painful but she can walk on it most days. It's been like this for a month or so. The swelling has now shifted from her middle toe to the side of her foot next to her pinky toe. It's swollen and now hurts worse. So the swelling has shifted from beside her big toe to the bottom of her foot below the middle toe and now to the side of her foot. ???

I was doing lunges in place with light weight. As I was pushing off from floor, I felt a sharp pain/pop near my inguinal ligament. I dropped the weight and collapsed. Pain was mild with my leg flexed at hip, but extension of the leg past neutral (behind my torso) caused the pain to recur. No muscle pain, easy flexion, adduction & abduction at the hip. No notable swelling, but I did develop a 5x6" bruise below mid-inguinal ligament after 3 days. What did I injure and how should I rehab?

I have knne pain due to the Suggestive of grade 1 chondramalacia patella, MRI scan suggests.Doctor suggested to do Quadriceps exercise and take Felvestine tablets for 6months to strong the cartilage. Kindly suggest another other suggestions to get out from the pain permanently

I have slight pain in my left knee joint while bending my leg for sitting down or while getting up. Also i can feel a clicking sound when i kick gently. From past 3 weeks all of a sudden. I am an IT professional. I used to have mild exercise like walking for 4 kms daily. But after this pain or clicking sound i am avoiding any exercise or stress to the joint.
