Bone & Muscle problems

My shin always hurts when I walk or just lay still and it’s causing me problems to walk long distances.

I had a ANA test and it says positive at 1:320. I consulted with a doctor told her that I have multiple muscle pain. She sent me to different blood test to check if I have an autoimmune disorder

I twisted my ankle the wrong way and right away got a burst of excruciating​ pain. i cant walk on it at all and it is unbearable to move it up dont or side to side it is completely swollen and i have a huge bruise on the sole of my foot as well as a bruise on the two sides of my foot. my big toe also relly hurts.

My father has been suffering ,maybe, from cervical, it has been about two months , since the starting of December he feels dizzy and as to vomit , no pain he feels neck but as we diagnosed neck with MRI , it clearly shows little bit diffuse of spinal-bone and something more My father has been taking medicine since then but no improvement is seen till now , What should we do next? I guess proper medicine has not been prescribed yet ,,,
