Hi At Christmas time I was carrying something in my bare feet and felt a stabbing pain. I presumed I had stood on something and had a small puncture wound, and could not ascertain what that may have been A few weeks the small puncture wound is still not healing correctly, and I am getting occasional stabbing pains in the ball of my foot, which feel more internal . There appears to be no infection and x rays showed no embedded object. The pain relives when it bleeds. Any ideas?

Hi ! I had a surgery with my 5th metacarp and is fixated with a 2mm steel wire and my hand is in cast ! my doctor said it should be in cast for about 4 weeks. In theory if my cast is removed before the forth week .. aorund maybe 3 weeks what would happen? I can feel that wire keeps m y bone in place 100% even when my dr checked it it felt so strong ! I like to start my rehab asap so i was thinkgig to remove the cast at my own resposability a week earlier (rehab by using the pc mouse?)

Suffering with leg pain near knee area. Unable to bend . Couple of years ago I had undergone L3,L4 disc surgery on right side. Recently I've met with accident in House. I have contacted a local doctor and taken painkillers. From past few days I am suffering with knee problem.
