Bone & Muscle problems

I am 53 years old I had issue in my lower back from last 2-3 days and had Sevier pain from last night and as I move I feel so much pain and some time can't even move and specially when I lay down on bed at that point time when I change side at that time I also feel pain in that part and and feeling little pain in legs too recently.

Hi. May I know what specialization of a doctor should I look for treatment of a lumbar spur?

I developed pain on surface of my right foot on 05.12.17 Thereafter showed to Doc on 13.01 X-ray done . Diagnosed as Soft Tissue injury. Took pain killer Ultracet nd chymoral forte for 10 days. No improvement. Showed to 2nd Dic. Advised zerodol nd rotacium. All tests normal. Even after about 7weeks pain is there nd also swelling. What medicine should I take now? When can start walking?? Can I wear sports shoes and walk? When would I walk normally?? Kindly advise...

I have been experiencing pain in my lower back since last week. It feels like the pain is in the joint about 2 inches above my tail bone. I am a fairly fit person and workout about 3-4 times a week. I  travel to work mostly by bike and ride around 40 kms a day. Since this pain started i went to gym only once but didn't lift heavy weights. I have been doing some stretching Workouts for back. It seems to help a little but the pain has not completely stopped. Plus i have started to feel that any small jerk that I get while traveling and all is hurting more than it used to before. Pls advise. Am started to get worried now.

I have the problem of gout. I have been feeling pain in my Knees for more than 1 year. Initially one doctor suggested Vitamin D deficiency. After taking medicines for 4-5 months, there was not expected relief. After tests uric acid level was found elevated. It was 7.2 and after 2 months of taking medicine, it elevated more and was 7.7. No benefit of medicine. I am avoiding high protein diet since last 5 months. Please suggest permanent cure and not temporary relief.

My uricacid level was 7.5 maximum ,after febuxstat 20 mg daily it has come down to 5. However recently I am having problems like my heels are cracking & blood coming out & even same problem above the heel!!!

Got fratured on 11 dec 2017 left hand distal radius tried with cast but bone didn't joined so got operated on 17 Jan but today while dressing I have seen my hand not getting twist it is still like the same as hand use to in cast.. Sir is this a surgery failure ?? Although in x ray plate is placed in a correct postion

Not able sleep in night lower back pain it is extended till the head not able sleep in night it is less is morning and more in night it comes and goes

Pain in lower middle of chest. Its a pushy pain pressing pain. Feels like vomiting. Pain travells in chest area back area hand shoulder . Cervical pain It is serious ? Most of the doctors says its either gas/acidity or muscular pain
