Back knee pain
Hi my name is Edith and I have been working in a call center for little over a yet now I sit down for 8 hours. I don’t exercise . I sleep in and I do walk but I don’t run. For the past months I have experience random pains behind my knees and if I try to stretch or raise my leg it hurts a lot . Feels tight even when I try to raise or bend my knee. I’m considering buying a knee brace. What might I have or why can I buy to help me? Thanks
